Dates: June 5th – 16th | Times: Monday –  Friday 10 – 6 | Where: Coed Dylan, Llangain, Carmarthenshire| Cost: £350

Please Note: Included in the price of the course is a weekend of Shakespeare work with Michael Attenborough CBE at the Jerwood Space in London. This will take place the 3rd and 4th of June.

Join us for two full weeks of exploration and new skill learning on Coed Dylan located near Carmarthen in West Wales. This workshop will inspire you to connect more deeply with yourself, with others and with your environment using Shakespeare’s text as inspiration. The focus will be very much on you.

You will be learning new tools and really taking time to have a honest, non-judgemental look at how you are doing in your profession and in your personal life, gaining tools that you can take away with you to keep developing beyond the workshop. .

This workshop is open to actors, directors, but if you are a creative and wish to explore new techniques, please contact us on the email below. We will be using techniques that help both the actor and director that are readily translatable to other creative professions in releasing creativity and develop your awareness of self and others.

Techniques such as Neurological Levels (NLP), finding connection and freeing up your spontaneity through the repetition exercises of Sandford Meisner, experiencing the 5 Rhythms of Gabriel Roth, the latest technique in accessing emotions via your physiology (PEM), mindfulness exercises and a chance to connect to yourself and others through Tai Chi, massage and body work. There will also be a chance to work one to one with some of the coaches on the course.  A real chance to explore without the pressure of results.
