So after a nice refreshing break Word4Word is coming back and it's coming back full of beans!!!

Headlining our event will be the fantastic Mr Stephen Morrison-Burke! He's currently Birmingham Poet Laureate, He's Hammer & Tongue Cambridge Slam Champion & National Poet Slam Champion 2013/14. He's supported some amazing acts like Mark Gonazales & Buddy Wakefield, he's taught poetry workshops in schools, prisons and family centres,and he's only been performing poetry for 2.5 years and if that isn't enough he's actually a really lovely man 

Charlie Hammond the winner of the last NTWTeam Word4Word Prize will be this months main support act, and he to is a very talent man and a lovely guy!

What is Word4Word?
So for those of you that have no idea what a Word4Word event is, it is a evening where we give 12 people, 5 minutes each of open mic time to fill with their creations be it a bit of Spoken Word, Poetry, Storytelling, Monologues....whatever! (you don't have to fill all five minutes so don't be scared if you only want to read something little). 

But it's also a pretty cool night if you just want to sit back and listen and grab a beverage and have a bit of a chat after.
