Saturday Introduction to aerial is back!

This class is for beginners, no experience necessary.

Have you wondered what it was like to hang off a trapeze, weave around silks, spin in a hoop or easily climb a rope? Well we have you covered.

Our 6 week course will guide you through building up strength and flexibility to easily do tricks in the aerial hoop, aerial silks, rope, trapeze and flying trapeze.

Each week you will be guided through various tricks and techniques on each apparatus to help you progress through the course and culminate in having your own repertoire of skills.

This course not only helps you gain confidence and strength but also you get to meet new people in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Fear of height? Not a problem. We have adjustable equipment so we can adjust it to the height you are comfortable with.
