Technical Planning Workshop

A short workshop designed to give guidance and advice on writing up stage and lighting plans for your production offered by the Pembrokeshire Drama Association and the Drama Association of Wales.

Venue: Torch Theatre, Milford Haven
Date: 20th March 2010
Time: 9.30am – 2pm
Tutors: Andy Sturley and Lloyd Grayshon – Theatre technicians

Cost: Free of charge but places must be booked in advance.
The course is designed to help amateur technicians and directors to correctly write up stage and lighting plans. All of the lighting terms will be taught so directors can assess a script and be aware of the technical possibilities available to them. Delegates will be taught how to write up a script with the lighting and sound cues and how to call from the desk during a play.
There is no charge for the course but places must be booked in advance. Please do not just turn up on the day.
