This play is a fictional account which has been inspired by a true story. The incidents, characters and time lines have been changed for dramatic purposes. In some cases fictitious characters and incidents have been added to the plot, and the words are those imagined by the author. The play should not be understood as a biography or any other factual account.

The last couple of days of sentencing testimony have been some of the hardest to read about as the defence brings up so many difficulties in Bradley's life as a way to try and reduce the sentence. Bradley's testimony today seemed so much less confident than his earlier statements.

Thanks for letting us know the details of your livestream gathering Meike - do let us know how it goes and post a picture if you take one! It's great to hear people all over the world are watching.

Re Bradley's sentence and what we need to be doing see here.

And if you are going out as requested on the day the sentence is handed down, let us know provisional location and time asap for the listing so other people can join you. We'll get 24hrs notice and listings will be updated so keep checking. At the moment they're suggesting Tuesday 20th as most likely, but it could be Monday...

If you're in Cardiff people are planning to be at Nye Bevan - bring something if you can - sign/banner/placard/poster/whatever if possible - see listing here.

Message is PRESIDENT OBAMA: FREE BRADLEY MANNING!

Bradley is expected to testify tomorrow (14th) or soon after.  The sentence is expected around the 19th.  Info here about the actions the support networks are encouraging from everyone immediately after the sentence.

Meike, great to hear that you are hosting a livestream of the production.  Do let us know how it goes.  I really enjoyed being the guest on the livestream tonight.  Very interesting debate both about Bradley and about the show itself.

TEAM member Charlie saw a run-through of the show on Thursday and has written a blog post and shared a great audio clip

David Evans, our Head of Production, has also posted about the get-in here in Edinburgh.

Most of the team are now in Edinburgh preparing for the show - which opens tomorrow evening - so if you're around let us know, say hello and hopefully we'll see you at the show!
