Second Question...As the initial sessions will be based on published text, which texts / playwrights would you like to explore in more detail?

As the initial sessions will be based on a published text, which texts / playwrights would you like to explore in more detail?

Ideally it would be texts you've always wanted to explore but not had chance, a playwright you'd like to find out more about or a style of theatre you'd like to discover in more detail.

Leave your thoughts and responses below, feel free to include any questions about the playwright / text, etc.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi James,

What a great idea!

As Pinter has already been mentioned and I've wanted to work 'Silence' for the longest time, I'll leave that as my suggestion. It's quite obscure and poetic. Lovely :)

Pinter sounds great I would love to explore American playwrights more. Arthur Miller is one of my personal favourites. Ibsen and Strindberg as well

Hi guys, thanks for your responses!

I've taken Pinter as our playwright for the first 6 weeks and we'll be looking at 'Betrayal' as our published text for the first few weeks. The writers among you will be able to take themes, characters, or style as the starting point for your work during the project :)
