This month's Skill Swap was held yesterday in Swansea as part of the TEAM workout.

As useual everyone was surprised by how many skills they actually had ('Oh you mean someone might find a van driver useful -
brilliant!') And more than one person left vowing to update their CV ('It's an amazing ego boost to discover your more skilled than you realised').

There were some really interesting exchanges taking place and it was great to see everyone let go of the 'I just want someone to give me a job' mentality and starting working out how we can all help each other make it happen!
