I am Youth Officer at Theatr Felinfach, Ceredigion. I direct and co-ordinate creative projects for children and young people. I do choreography work, organise and hold creative dance and drama workshops for primary and secondary schools, for youth groups (YFC, URDD etc), INSET days for school teachers and community groups in general.
I take every opportunity to take part in projects as a performer myself in order to maintain personal development and training. Projects include several pieces of work directed by Margaret Ames and Euros Lewis – Pererin 2001, Cof a Chalon 2003, Na’d fi’n angof 2004, and Llais 2006. I played the part of Blodeuwedd in Saunders Lewis’s classic play Blodeuwedd for Cwmni Cydweithredol Troed-Y-Rhiw during summer of 2008 and the company
toured Wales during the autumn of 2008, directed by Dr Roger Owen and Margaret Ames of the Television, Theatre and Flim Department of Aberystwyth University. In March 2009 I performed in Music Theatre Wales's producion of The Soldier's Tale by Stravinsky, directed by Michael McCarthy and Cai Tomos.
