Casual Lighting Technician & Sound Technicians - Paid

Due to an increase in self produced events Redhouse Cymru we are looking to increase our database of freelance technical staff.Redhouse Cymru is a multi arts venue based in Merthyr Tydfil, housing a 98 seat studio theatre and 250 standing concert space.  We produce annual pantomime, musical theatre, plays and live music events and we regularly employ freelance staff on these productions.We would invite applications please with a CV and covering email to cath@redhousecymru.comWe would be…See More

*Paid Position* Theatre Design Mentor - Redhouse Cymru, Merthyr

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are looking to recruit a Mentor for our Design for Theatre participants.Our project leads up to a production of Little Shop Of Horrors in Redhouse, Merthyr Tydfil in March.  We are looking for a creative professional with skills in Set Design and Build, and prop making to mentor our volunteers leading up to the show.All creatives on the production are professionals in their field, and we have secured Arts Council Funding in order to take this forward.We have…See More

Due to expansion in 2017 we are looking to recruit additional tutors for Redhouse Performance Academy.Redhouse Performance Academy currently runs term time on Saturdays 10am-1pm in the newly refurbished Multi-Arts Venue, Redhouse Cymru, Merthyr.
