What I do:
Project Coordinator at It's My Shout, Musician, Activist... etc
A little more about me:
I work freelance as project coordinator at It's My Shout, which is a film company dedicated to working with communities and developing talent. I focus mostly on projects in Cardiff and North Wales (where I'm originally from) but we make films in all corners of Wales. Anyone can get involved in all aspects of IMS...

I'm also a folk punk singer and have toured across the UK and Europe, playing in protests, squats, street corners, living rooms, bars and festivals! I sing in both Welsh and English, about life and social issues! I co-run a small record label / night / distro called 'Afiach' ... we have a very DIY attitude!

I like really weird, ground-breaking art with a message.. but I also took part in BBC Wales's The Exhibitionists in 2012, and ended up curating an exhibition about identity at the National Museum of Wales.

I'm part of Food Not Bombs Cardiff, we give away free meals every Friday 12:30pm outside Cardiff Central Market, and share info we feel is important, mostly anti-war and anti-poverty. I'm involved in some other activism stuff, like migrant solidarity! Passionate about equality for everyone ...

I'm a qualified Laughter Yoga Leader and run a laughter club every Tuesday in Llandaff North! It's a combination of exercises and yogic breathing! Ho ho ho ha ha!

I do other stuff too... Never bored, always busy!
Location:
Riverside, Cardiff
Projects I’m working on:
Project Coordinator for It's My Shout's series of short films, engaging with individuals & communities to make 9 short films across Wales for BBC & S4C.
