Skill Swap and Workout debut in Ceredigion

The post-it notes are packed away and the databases are up-to-date, so all that remains for me to do now is to say a massive THANK YOU to TEAM (especially Rhoda, Di and Dev) for supporting us taking TEAM Workout and Skill Swap to the wonderful Small World Theatre in Ceredigion.

We were overwhelmed by the fact that every single participant had come with a brilliant project to work on, collaborate with other on and…

Past TEAM Workout & Skill Swap project successes

In preparation for next weeks NTW TEAM Workout and Skill Swap, we've been having a little look at some of the brilliant things past participants have been up to after bringing their projects in various states of development to the event.

A first time writer - brought a script to workout which was then developed with a team of directors and actors at workout, and continued to…

TEAM Skill Swap and Workout hits West Wales

People of West Wales! We're really looking forward to descending on Cardigan with our balloons, pick a mix and post it notes ready for a day of creativity and collaboration.

If you have never been to a Skill Swap and Workout event before, let me explain a bit. It is free event run by TEAM aimed at supporting us all as TEAM members to create in an increasingly challenging financial climate.

We based the event, which we started running a few years ago, on the premise…

TEAM Workout & Skill Swap at Festyrefail

The day before each TEAM Workout & Skill Swap will usually find me counting post-it notes and felt tips, worrying that no-one will come, while simultaneously getting nervous that we won't have enough blu tac and sugar paper when they do. Everytime. Despite the fact that I know that the day after each previous event has been bathed in the fuzzy glow of reflecting how many people have made real, tangible progress on their projects, and the…

Hi Emma,

Would love to join u at Skill Swap Bangor as I have been harping on for ages that NTW need to do more in North Wales!  Unfortunately I'm in London this coming weekend but please keep me posted with details of further outings in the North.  We need lots of positive, nurturing vibes up here, its a much harder place to connect people than down south, we're a bit spread out up here...NTW seem fixed on Gwynedd but there's plenty to explore in the more easterly counties of Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire etc...

Hi Emma, Thanks for the friend invite! I got to the producers place tonight and really enjoyed the presentation from Nick Sherrard, which I see that you couldn't make at the last min. Hope to see you at the next event. Best wishes, Jules

Hi Emma,

Thanks for showing interest in the Indie Scent Project, I'm not from a theatre and performance background myself however I am open to any ideas and suggestions to develop this project.

Hey Emma - great to hear from you!

Well Devinda De Silva is the man to chat to about TEAM. On a more personal note, I've found it to be a really unique way of developing my skills and approach in a way that suits me... all very flexible. I would DEFINITELY recommend it to you.
Are you about in Cardiff at the moment? Would be cool to grab coffee sometime and catch up xx

Hi
I can't make the 26th - but the 25th looks like a good bet! I'm hoping to see Sherlock tomorrow night.

Hi Emma
Lovely to hear from you!
I'll definitely try to catch a performance of Miss Julie. Send me times/venues etc.
Does this mean you're not in Sherlock Homes?
