I trained as an actor at East 15 and since then have been exploring collaborative devising, clown and physical theatre.

I co-founded a Cardiff based theatre company called Likely Story. likelystory.org.uk
Currently we're working on Seatown Ladies. www.Seatown.com. We are investigating the experience of being a woman and the dynamic of all female groups. Starting with the shared space of a rowing boat we want to explore the women who crew it, their lives and relationships. It will probably include themes of loss, it will probably be quite daft, there will be songs and music and movement and buckets of heart.
I'm working on a solo outdoor show for festivals as well as a solo indoor show called Paper Bag girl. Paper Bag girl is an exploration of courage and bravery. Where it comes from, and how it shows up for people. Its also an exploration of imagination and play and simple story telling.
As part of Wales Lab four artists adventure into the wilds of North Wales for five days. We were exploring fear and courage in a risk adverse society and the importance of taking risks as a young person. This is an extract from our adventures.
