- A love of the arts, an interest in videography, photography and digital media, and three years spent studying english language at Cardiff University combined to lead me to work in digital content production within the Cardiff theatre scene!

- My current projects include working as a freelance Digital Communications Assistant for National Theatre Wales, as well as producing video content for Omidaze Theatre Company and the Sherman Theatre.
Previously, I have also worked with Cardiff-based contemporary opera company Music Theatre Wales as a social media producer.
Within and outside of the arts, I produce video content for a variety of organisations under Helen Griffiths Videography.
