I'm currently a stage management student at RWCMD jst starting my second year. I'm employed as a casual at Grand pavilion porthcawl (oh yes!), New Theatre Cardiff and Sherman. I started work in technical theatre at 16 and never stopped! I spent two years as a freelancer before starting at college. I also stage managed NYTW in 2007. I'm looking to expand my experience in all areas of technical production from sound design to soft rigging and anything in between!

Hi John, welcome to National Theatre Wales! Great to hear about your interest in circus - hope you're enjoying Royal Col... we are having Sandpit there tonight if you are at all interested?! x
Aha yes you did! I called down to chat about getting involved..i was a bit soggy and in a rush else I'd have stayed longer. How did it go? Do you work with them a lot or is this a one off? I hope to be down again on Friday when I shall spend more time and get more of a feel for it all. It would be good to see what you do and pick up any tips etc not to mention go looking for a long weight and a left handed hammer..haha! Hope to see you then. Thanks for getting in touch. Sarah
