What I do:
At the moment I am heavily involved with all things community and voluntary! I am a singer, actor, comedian and director. I have hosted/compared a vast variety of shows that I have either assistant directed or produced. I am also continuing to be involved with my local amateur dramatic society that I have been involved with for the last 11 years. I have recently started piano and guitar lessons and am pretty close to passing my driving test. At this moment in time (on top of all the extra curricular stuff) I am currently working in a local restaurant to help get out that dreaded overdraft after having completed three years in a London drama school.
A little more about me:
I am an extremely out going and bubbly individual who definitely does not take themselves to seriously but knows where the line of professionalism is.

I have recently completed my three years of studies at the Royal Central school of speech and drama, London, on the course 'Drama, Applied theatre and Education'.

Although throughout my years in primary and high school I have always pushed myself forward for school plays, school councils, choir, spokeswoman and so on, being on this particular course has made me realise even more my love and passion for theatre, performance and facilitations.

I was fortunate enough to take a devised family show down to the famous Minack theatre in Cornwall that was a huge success in which I played the main part- and loved!

My love for facilitation grew tremendously when I was offered and accepted the opportunity of a life time which was to go to South Africa for 6 weeks on a outreach project with the Hilbrow theatre. We set workshops based on gender and sexuality and explored this topic through dance, acting and singing to create an end devised piece of theatre. Also our aim was not to enforce 'change' but to start an open conversation and perhaps encourage a new way of thinking.

Projects I’m working on:
I have just completed a Christmas variety show (with adults) that I assistant directed and performed in, the show was titled 'Comedy tonight' and was put on for three nights in the local town hall. The show was a great success.

In November I thrown myself into an acting society and played the part of Geraldine Granger in the vicar of Dibley, the show was out on for four nights and was sold out.

Having completed a 10 week placement in London last years. that entailed storytelling and communication with children. I realised how much I loved working with children.
Lucky for me my mother works in a school, I had permission from my placement host (from London) to experiment a 'tall box' session with the children in North Wales and it was extremely successful. From this I have a project in mind that I wish and hope to fulfill.

At the moment I am working towards another show that will be shown in May . The show is Dolly Patons 9-5, in this show I will be playing Dolly!

Another project that I have done a handful times/ always working on is putting on my own show which is always titled ' A night with Louise Cielecki' this is a comedy show where I put on my own sketches, perform stand up, sing and create some good old audience participation. I also involve friends and other artists that would like to be involved and show their talents.

The last time I did this was before my trip to South Africa and I had risen over £500 (which was used for resources and donated to the Hilbrow theatre) from the evening from ticket sales and the raffle alone. This is my own project in which I love doing for many reasons and it also really tests my organisation skills due to producing the show. I am going to start to create more challenging and thought provoking pieces that still hold humour but make my audience think. This way my shows will have more of
Meaning to them than just comedy.
