What I do:: I work with international collaboration/development at Riksteatern, The National Touring Theatre in Sweden. Our theatre is based upon membership of 230 promotors all around Sweden who most of them work on volontary basis. These promotors have individual members - altogether 42000 people. Our aim is to develop our theatre in close collaboration with the existing audience, but also with a potential audience. We also believe in development with international partners sharing the same vision. An international and intercultural perspective is an excellent tool for development as it poses new challeges and questions. I think Riksteatern and the National Theatre of Wales will very soon find a way to work together!
