What I do:
I am a freelance dance artist based in North Wales. With a background in performance and theatre I have always been fascinated by the cross-fertilization of different art forms, and much of my work has crossed boundaries with theatre, circus and visual art.

Have we forgotten how to play?

Can we become too serious? .... because, the moment art becomes too serious, is possibly when the only person you are engaging is yourself...

Have been doing a lot of thinking lately, any thoughts welcomed!

Hi Sarah, Yes I agree the cooking and the emotions, there are parts of the book that are outrageously laugh out loud....like where the sister gets taken off on horse back...

Hi Sarah,

Lovely to hear from you. Where is your work based these days... time is flying fast as ever.

I'm on tour with At Swim Two Boys next month and will be coming to Galeri in March... 23rd. Be great to see you!

Hi Sarah,

Been meaning to message you sorry! Was glad to hear your stomach muscles were hurting (however every inch of my body was hurting haha!).....

Ideas for easter class under way so will let you know (in good time) when we have confirmed a date.

We will definitely keep you in mind for another session sometime.....am thinking I might end up in pain again though??

Thanks for making contact for us with woodland folk. I will get in touch with them and keep you posted as to how it goes.

Great that we are in touch! If I hear of anything that sounds up your street I will pass it on xx

Hi Sarah,

Sure your muscles were fine after the workshop.....mine however were not! I was in agony on Monday, could barely get out of the car!!

Am thinking of organising the next company class for Easter hols sort of time and at the moment my idea for it is once again quite physical....will let you know.

Have you got contact details for the people with the forest?? Think me and Jo should probably make contact with them.

Hope all is good

Best wishes

x
