I am looking for any paid Arts/Community Administartion
Opportunities. I completed my Foundation degree in Public Sector management and would relish the opportunity of working full time within a challenging Arts/Youth worker role.I have been taken on Part time by Bridgend council as a Youth worker and have a current CRB. I am enroled in Trinity college taking my MBA(Business Administration/Arts Management) I also attend Team Days at National Theatre Wales.



I have completed my ILM Level 3 Management including project management and team building. I have an excellent grounding in the areas of planning and organising. I






I have over 15 year’s experience of managing projects and people in a various different fields. I am conscientious, professional with good organisational skills. I have a current IOSH Safety qualification. I also speak Welsh fluently.



I would enjoy discussing with you the opportunity of working for your organisation and how my skills are suited for the position.

Description:

Applicants are invited for the position of Fixed Term Project Support Assistant in the College of Science, reference 6037.  The post is fixed term between 9th January 2012 until 30 November 2012.

The role of the Project Support Assistant is to provide support for the day to day administration of the First Choice 12 project activities. The Project Support Assistant will be appointed by and report to the Project Director.

Candidates should be educated to A level standard or demonstrate equivalent experience working within a financial environment.  Excellent communication and IT skills are essential for this role as well as an ability to interpret University and financial rules and regulations to ensure compliance with funding regulations.
