- Our Work Based Learning courses have been specifically designed for creative professionals working in the areas of theatre and the performing arts to enhance the training, knowledge and specific skills of each individual learner. Each course is delivered in a concise, bite sized format, typically taking 10 weeks and are designed to be completed alongside busy work schedules.
We offer two courses; Creative Company Development and Professional Mentoring for Theatre Practitioners; both encourage innovation and initiative with the aim of helping you manage your own career and development in an increasingly competitive environment.
