The play is written by Paul Swift, one of Britain’s most experienced playwrights for young people.
Set in 1930’s Germany, ’The Witch’ tells the story of a family struggling to survive, when who you really are…

Two writers seek Swansea based Actors for a script read through of some new writing. The read through is primarily an aid to the writers to make any needed adjustments, but we are hoping to rehearse the material and put them on at the Grand Theatre Arts Wing Swansea, Chapter, Cardiff and possibly the Exeter Fringe Festival in the future. At the moment the work would be profit share but would provide a very good showcase for all involved. We are eager to read with Actresses between the ages…

Hello All,
My name is Patrick Brennan and I'm currently in Accolade by Emlyn Williams at The Finborough.
I thought it might be of interest that a great forgotten play by a great nearly forgotten Welsh playwright is getting 4 and 5 star reviews.
Last seen 61 years ago this play about the scandalous side of an award winning novelist's life is now completely sold out. The possibility of transferring is a hot topic and I will keep you posted if anything materialises. I am…

The Maesteg Town Hall stage is 24ft wide, with an 18ft drop. These would ideally be painted on calico and then we can put weighted bars at bottom and sleeve at top to hang…

OK so this my third attempt to getting around to my New Years Resolution of writing a meaningful monthly blog about 'Arts Marketing' for the online community. It's Friday afternoon at 4:30pm and I am determined to get something up and out by the end of the day.
Hopefully my monthly blog will give you an insight into some of the thinking around 'Marketing' trends from the Arts industry and what we can learn from others. I can't promise that I won't go off on a tangent about a…

I'm in the office at NTW and have never written a blog in my life so here goes, in fact I have never tweeted although I do occasionally glance at Facebook, if I have the time, if I want to share information and probably when I need somebody to do something for me or want to rally the troops for the Gwent Theatre campaign. When I do spend time on it I discover a whole world that has passed me by. I was…
