Producer wanted - The Intergalactic Caravan

The Intergalactic Caravan is an older persons clowning project, funded by The Newbury Corn Exchange Theatre, 101 Outdoor Arts Creation Space and the Arts Council, England.

Working with a group of over 30 older people (the youngest was 60, the oldest 72) I spent three weeks turning an old caravan into an intergalactic spaceship and creating an immersive clowning show that also utilised binaural sound design and virtual reality. The full show piloted at Boomtown Festival in Winchester…

45 Year Old's mid life awaking

Hi all,

just to let you know age is just a number.  After listening to Louise Hay's meditations, I decided to do something I love rather then just do something that pays the bills.  So I auditioned for BTEC Drama in Lllanelli.  I rung up two days in advance of the audition to make sure it was just a singing one, but NO it involved having to perform a monologe!!!!  Blooming nora thinks I what can I do, so I decided to learn the first two paragraphs of The Great Dictators Final…

Life in a Small-Scale Theatre - Hard Times (Producer's Blog)

Now, what I want is..FACTS!

We've loved this version for years and have always wanted to do it, and now with the collaboration of Pontardawe Arts Centre, the Arts Council and Ty Cerdd, we're giving it a go.

We're lucky enough to have on board the lovely Joe Harmston as director.…
