Bidwriting workshop - register your interest

Would you want to attend a bidwriting workshop?

I've been asked if it might be possible to run an open access version of my long standing session, and split the costs between the attendees, making it much cheaper than if offered as a bookable session (probably £50-60 each if we get 10-12 people). …

Some 13th century castles, a Welsh freedom fighter, and a silent disco...

It all begins on Harlech beach. There we were in January this year, half frozen in the winter light, and having a production conversation about needing a drone in our next show (Croesi Traeth). And then lo, the very next day, we arrive for rehearsals on the beach and there is a small group of people with a man operating a drone!

Whilst the artists chatted to the operator, I spoke with the small group who turned out to be from Gwynedd Council tourism and marketing team. They…

Harlech stories inc a woman who made a big difference

So excited to be working on a project in Harlech with Light Ladd & Emberton, involving the story of a leading suffragette - Margaret Morris, a pioneer and not just in fighting for the rights of women to vote, but as a dancer, choreographer, designer and more. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaret_Morris_(dancer)

Remember it was only in 1918 (99 years ago) that some women were first allowed to vote, and…

An hour and a half from Cardiff. An hour from Swansea and Aberteifi. C'mon, who fancies a jaunt out this Sunday - spring sun, maybe lunch or a drink at Browns, and... an award-winning show about Caitlin and Dylan Thomas, in the town they scandalised and called home.

In a circle of chairs in an Alcoholics Anon mtg, Caitlin deals with her tempestuous past, married to Dylan Thomas.

Only ever 20 ppl per show, and the 4pm show there are still some tickets, 6pm show selling fast.…
