On the 1st august I will be directing a rehearsed reading of a brand new welsh play called 'Lovely' which is written by emerging playwright Christopher Harris. The reading will take place at The Other Room theatre in Cardiff, and we require welsh actors (preferably welsh speaking) to participate. Launched in September 2012- we are a non-profit theatre company, created as we wanted a platform in which texts that interested and excited us could be put on with the help from other young theatre makers!

A few friends of mine have written a brand new musical, and I'd like to direct it in a small venue for a few nights to get some feedback on how we could move it forward. In order to do this we need some funding or a grant to hire a space and rehearse. Could anyone please give me some ideas on where we could get some funding to do this?
