Welcome to Jonny Weir, our 1,000th member on the National Theatre Wales online community - and while we're at it to Alwyn James Fletcher, who leads of the next team as number 1001. As we head towards the announcement of our first year's programme on November 5, it's great to have such a grand band of supporters and fellow theatre makers to help us along on this extraordinary adventure.

On November 5, things will change a little. There will be a full website at this address with details of all the shows and lots of other good stuff. Don't worry though, the familiar community site will only ever be one click away, and we hope that, as the shows go into production, audiences, participants and enthusiasts from all of the places where we are creating work will also join our online discussions.

I'm sure that all of our current 1001 members will play key roles in reaching out to the wider audiences that National Theatre Wales will, I am confident, involve in out work. Thanks to all of you for your support and ideas so far, and here's to all our theatrical futures!
