I’m just sitting in the calm of my living room thinking about what is in store for me and every body else who is about to go on Summercamp. From past experience I know it’s going to be full on: it will be hard work, long days, and people questioning what they do and why they do it - but I also know how quickly the time will fly past. We’ll have to find ways of checking in with ourselves to make sure we are able to really grab the moment before its gone.

Our Korean artists arrived in Wales over the weekend and this morning artists are arriving from Holland and the rest of Wales and UK. We’ll be based in Cardiff today setting up the group, getting to know everyone and making some key decisions about how we are going to spend our time together before leaving for base camp tomorrow morning. So far, I’ve kept the location of the camp secret so when they arrive, that moment will be the moment the participants realise where we are staying, working and playing for the rest of the camp. I think that’s exciting (I hope they do too).

You can keep an eye on what we are getting up to on the community. There’s a new group – Summercamp14, if you haven’t already, join it for updates.
