Bridgend County Borough’s Arts & Culture Service seeks a dynamic arts practitioner to manage, co-ordinate and create youth theatre and youth dance activity throughout the borough. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing the award winning Bridgend Youth Theatre and Bridgend Youth Dance in conjunction with the Artistic Director.
