Here at Mess Up The Mess Theatre company we are getting ready to present our latest production ‘Click’ at theatres across South Wales this September.  ‘Click’ is an exciting ground breaking play written by Daffydd James. Alongside young people from Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Wales he has created a piece of theatre about communication across the internet, social boundaries, relationships and trust.  All of the young people from across the globe have worked together on creative challenges and shared their ideas through blogging and social network sites.  The play is a snap shot of the diversity of modern youth culture presented through a moving, engaging and very funny script.

Using music, multi-media (created by Carolina Vasquez) and humour to portray issues and topics within society, the play has given opportunities for young people to let their talents flourish.  With a cast and crew that comprises of young people led by industry professionals, Click is the must see youth theatre production of the year. Touring across Wales this September make sure it’s not missed. Click is also premiering in the host cities across the world from July –October.

"To be involved in an international project of this scale, scope and ambition has been an absolute privilege. I feel very honoured that young people from all around the world have been so generous with their time and talent. Their work has not only inspired this play, but will continue to inspire me, for the rest of my life, I would imagine."   Dafydd James, Writer
