There are a couple of options at the end of the form which hopefully you will click so that we can share the information with other employers in companies and venues around Wales.  

Together with the technical managers, production managers etc..  who work in Wales we are trying to build up a database of who is around and who can do what, and a shared database will help us employ locally where ever possible.
