And just like that Usain Bolt makes history yet again. In a combined time of less than 30 seconds he has won yet another 100m and 200m gold.
And as amazing as that is I can't help but feel more excitement at the new record of gold medals Team GB has won.
We've smashed our target of medals won at this olympics and there is still a few days left. And within that there are records being broke with Bradley Wiggins becoming our most decorated Olympian, Laura Trott becoming the first GB female to win four Golds, Mo Farrah defending his Olympic titles successfully and many more.

As I said last week if you are ever in need of inspiration and motivation then look no further than these Olympians of ours. The role models for us all not just in sport but in whatever path we chose to take. Their determination and dedication should be echoed in whatever dreams we are chasing.

Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. We are all the same in this notion: The potential for greatness lives within each of us.” – Wilma Rudolph

Each and every week I keep saying about how each and every one of us has the potential to follow your dreams and achieve greatness (whatever that greatness may be)
We all have dreams wether it's to change the world, start our own buisness, start a family, travel the world, win awards, become the future prime minister even winning an employee of the month award. Your ambitions are yours alone and dreaming of them only keeps them going and makes the desire even stronger to achieve them.
Never stop dreaming! And never think you're not good enough for what you want to do.

Each and every athlete at the olympics followed and dream, worked hard and now they can proudly say that hard work paid off and the dream is accomplished.

Live to your potential!

Until next week
Much love :)
