Final casting call - Sue: The Second Coming (UK Tour), violin & cello

SUE: THE SECOND COMING by Dafydd James and Ben Lewis

CASTING BREAKDOWN

Sue Timms is back. In a sequel to the award-winning cult smash, My Name Is Sue, she returns with a new alternative theatrical Christmas event, which tours in November and December 2013.

Dafydd James and Company are seeking an excellent cellist and violinist to join the company for this Christmas’ UK tour.

SUMMARY
Sue Timms, the piano-wielding prophet, is back. This time, the Total Theatre Award winner invites you into her lounge to participate in a very special nativity. Enjoy carols, sip eggnog and, if you're lucky, you might just witness the birth of a new Messiah…

With virtuosic piano skills, a soaring falsetto and her faithful backing band, she'll let rip with her dazzlingly unique blend of comedy, music and theatre.

In the award winning cult hit, 'My Name is Sue', Sue sang about her life from finishing school to Doomsday. Now, offering an anarchic, dark, yet touching alternative to the traditional Yuletide show, she's got a few things she'd like to get off her chest about Christmas.

We are looking to work with musicians or actor/musicians who feel comfortable developing work as part of an ensemble.

South-Wales base preferred but will consider options from further afield.
