While all you clever National Theatre people have been slogging to get your first production out (what a night!) and others on the way, we've been racing insanely round Swansea to set up a new project for young people.

We're busy recruiting staff to start working with us in April, to bring together different ways of working with drama and theatre, with young people aged 16 in Swansea.

We start rolling out workshops in June on the Swansea University campus - and after all the planning and beaurocracy that always goes with starting something new, I can't wait to see it all happen.

We have a bril writer on board, and I'm hoping that in a few weeks we'll also have a terrific team. So if anyone is interested - get in touch!

We're also organising a one-day conference in April in the Taliesin Arts Centre. More of that later!
