Beauty & the Beast Breakdown 

RVP Leisure are seeking cast members for their forthcoming Pantomime Beauty & the Beast 

ACTORS MUST BE BASED IN WALES OR HAVE A BASE IN WALES. 

IMPORTANT Please note that actors maybe filmed as a part of BBC Wales’s documentary on Owen Money. 

Looking for actors who can drive. 

Actors we be asked to sight read from a previous pantomime script and to prepare a song that would suit their character, Please supply a backing track on CD or be prepared to sing acapella.

This year RVP Leisure will be touring Beauty & the Beast across Wales, after last year’s the sell-out success with Snow White & the seven dwarfs, we are excited to be coming back to tour our favourite theatres along with new added venues. Led by welsh BBC personality Owen Money (obe) RVP Leisure have established a very high standard of quality traditional pantomime productions. 

Rehearsals: 7^th November 2016- 13^th November 2016 

Theatre Soar: 15^th November 2016- 20^th November 2016 

The Beaufort: 24^th November 2016 – 4^th December 2016 

Blackwood Miners: 6^th December 2016- 7^th January 2017

Tumble Hall: 10^th January 2017- 15^th January 2017 

Maesteg Town Hall: 17^th January 2017- 22^nd January 2017 

Congress Theatre: 17^th February 2017 – 26^th February 2017 

Beauty’s Father (Male, 35 - 60 years old)

A Loveable Comic character, dithery and sometimes simple minded. Previous pantomime experience preferred.

Dame Lucy (Male, 25-55 Years old)

Traditional Pantomime Dame. Previous pantomime experience preferred.
