Meet 1800HRS - HELOISE GODFREY-TALBOT

HELOISE GODFREY-TALBOT - 1800hrs

Heloise is an audio-visual artist whose work looks at the overlooked and says the unsaid. She is currently investigating the possibility of talking with inanimate things. Through exploring the multiple ways humans communicate with each other she is creating new ways of dialoguing with the things around us. So far this has led to a holiday romance with lighthouse and a rebound relationship with a paint roller.

She was recently supported by Wales Lab (National Theatre Wales) to spend a week developing the potential for live performance in her work. Her film work has been described as "full of integrity, delightful, and whilst achieving a lightness of touch, also being provoking and profound"  and was recently selected for the BAFTA accredited Aesthetica Short Film Festival.

During this 1800hrs event Heloise will be showing recent films and continuing her research into the world of inanimate objects with other artists and visitors to MADE.
