Mnemonic is a participative project, performance and installation that explores and records the act of remembering and processing data, both online and in the real world.

The research started online and aimed at recreating 5 seconds video of people’s first memories, based on their own scripts and solely using edited and re-composed fragments of Flickr, Youtube and other online data.

We are now focusing on the actual moment and performance of remembering and recording, and would like to invite you to a time journey through recreated spaces where assisted by our film crew, you will shape and record your first visual memory.

Ground test II will take place at CAI on Friday 27th August 2010 from 7pm to 8.30pm.
