National College for Creative and Cultural Skills are looking for the first ever Technical and Production Diploma students

A new way to train in the creative industries

From September, there will be a new way that young people who are interested in creative careers can train. This way will be led by employers, as part of the National College for the Creative and Cultural Industries.

We are holding a Technical Arts Open Evening on 19 May where people can learn more about the National College and sign up to apply.

Calling for applications for a Technical and Production Diploma

The first course on offer is a new Level 4 Diploma in Technical and Production.

We are looking for the first 20-30 students who want to get into the technical and production side of the theatre, music and live events business.

They will be able to study at our new National College for the Creative and Cultural Industries, based at The Backstage Centre at High House Production Park in Essex.

This week the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills announced £5.5 million in capital funding to support the creation of the National College for the Creative and Cultural Industries. Students who wish to start a career in the creative sector are invited to take part in this unique opportunity. Read our CEO Pauline Tambling CBE's recent blog.
