The Forge - Cardiff's new theatrical work-in-progress scratch night

Do you have something theatrical in development? Do you have a performance idea you'd like to "scratch"?

Would you like the opportunity to try out new work and cultivate a project with a nurturing audience?

If the answer is YES then contact The Forge.

The Forge is a new scratch and work-in-progress night, happening in Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff.

We are looking for artists across different disciplines who are interested in being part of this new event, no idea too small or performance too short.

If you want to get in contact, email contacttheforge@gmail.com and let us know what you might like to do - whether you'd like to show some work or maybe volunteer to help with running the event.

I hear a resounding YES, Rachel! Come and be part of it! We want it to be a monthly event (that's the aim) - the first Thursday of every month... that's part of why we need artists go get involved and show their work in development, their scratches ... we heard it was what artists wanted, and needed, so I'm hoping the participation reflects this. We've already got a good show from the Cardiff theatrical community and some exciting ideas in development that people want to show - and we're hoping that artists from OUTSIDE Cardiff will benefit from scratching their work at Chapter too x
