Yesterday we (Tin Shed) met at NTW offices in Cardiff to talk about our upcoming WalesLab project, loosely titled: The Old Man.

We talked about Health & Safety and implementing a safe and danger free work environment, and the joy's of Risk Assessing. We also talked about online communication (that's what this is), tweeting, blogging etc and the like.

Our project is very loose at the moment, in fact we know very little about it.

Things We Know...

We know we want it to be about the experience of growing (retrospectively or prospectively) old and how that seems to come with an associated label.

We know we want it to recant the past and tell fascinating stories derived from actual peoples experience from an era that on face value seems so much more romantic than our own.

We want to work and develop the piece in a residential care home, or "Old Folks Home" playing games with, talking to and discussing things with elderly people.

And that's about it.

It's safe to say we're all looking forward to getting our teeth stuck into some risk-reward type activities courtesy of WalesLab.
