Work Based Learning Course @ Aberystwyth University - Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies

Performing Arts

Are you a freelancer or working in an established theatre group and wish to develop your skills and enhance your creativity?  Are you a graduate who wishes to learn how to create, develop and sustain your own theatre company?  Would you benefit from working with an experienced mentor in your field?  Would you like to enhance your business acumen?

‌Our Work Based Learning courses have been specifically designed for creative professionals working in the areas of theatre and the performing arts to enhance the training, knowledge and specific skills of each individual learner.  Each course is delivered in a concise, bite sized format, typically taking 10 weeks and are designed to be completed alongside busy work schedules.

We offer two courses; Creative Company Development and Professional Mentoring for Theatre Practitioners; both encourage innovation and initiative with the aim of helping you manage your own career and development in an increasingly competitive environment.
