NTW is casting for its next production.

Rehearsals from 20th October in Newport, South Wales.

Previews from 6th November, plays to 22nd November

Venue: site specific.

This production is an immersive experience which takes the form of a fictionally illegal journey across a reimagined border. It also exists online via the surveillance network of the fictional border agency. Part game, part theatre, part situationist documentary, the production is an investigation into migration, boundaries, truth, surveillance, and identity. It is about the names we call ourselves and the names we call others.

We are looking for highly skilled performers who enjoy playful audience responsive work.

All scenes are performed more than once per night, with audiences moving between them.

We are particularly interested in seeing actors who are from refugee/ asylum seeker backgrounds or have had direct contact with undocumented border crossing.

Casting on the 25th and 26th September.

If you would like to be considered for this production please send your headshot and CV, telling us a bit about yourself, where you are from and where you are based to: casting@nationaltheatrewales.org

Hi Mawgaine

Will you be contacting everyone who got in touch? I'm worried because I realise the file size on my headshot might be bigger than some mailboxes accept. I don't mind not being seen for casting as long as I know it's not because I messed up the email!

Thanks,

Zoe
