Lost in the Neuron Forest is touring Wales this week. We had a fantastic time at Neuadd Ogwen in Bethesda on Saturday, and you can read all about our adventures here: http://lostintheneuronforest.wordpress.com/2014/10/19/adventures-in...

The show tells the story of Edna, a woman with Alzheimer's disease, and her attempt to hold onto her identity as her memories fade away. The story is one relevant to all of us -

Memory is so vast and ethereal, and yet it is everything we think we are. What if we couldn’t remember our children, or our partners? If we couldn’t remember the last thing we read, or our favourite piece of music? On a more basic level, memory is how we know where we live, how to find our way back there, and how to make a cup of tea when we arrive.

Lost in the Neuron Forest explores how memory makes us who we are, and how we can retain the essence of ourselves as the memories fade away.

We'd love you to join us at one of the performances. You can see what audiences from our preview shows thought here

We're also touring our Memory Store, an interactive mobile library of memories, which you can explore and contribute to - think of a special moment that you'd like to preserve.

Remaining dates are:

21st October Wales Millennium Centre 8pm

23rd October Newport Riverfront 7.45pm

24th October Aberystwyth Arts Centre 7.30pm

Hope to see you there!
