Award winning Cardiff based theatre company Taking Flight Theatre are casting for  the 2015 Autumn tour of Real Human Being  by Matthew Bulgo 

This production tours  to schools across Wales and is about the issues surrounding Disability Hate Crime.

Casting Breakdown:

Rhys – Male playing age 17, Welsh,  College student who is a self confessed ‘regular’ guy who wants to do the right thing but finds himself caught in an impossible situation.

Catrin – Female playing age 17 Welsh,  Catrin is quick witted, bright  and fun to be around.

Alys – Female playing age 17 physically disabled,  Alys is a confident student in her first week at a new college

Tom (M/F) playing age 20s physically disabled.  Tom is confident and fun but also has a bit of a temper, he/she has suffered discrimination because of his/her disability before and is not afraid to let people know about it.    This actor will also be required to lead workshops.

Dates: September 7^th – 14^th Nov ( tbc)  Wage - £460 a week above Equity /ITC rates

Preferable but not essential: Cardiff base, workshop leading experience, touring experience, driving license
