OPPORTUNITY- devising and performing with Told by an Idiot (June 2016)

We are thrilled to announce that our next Residency will be with world-renowned theatre company Told by an Idiot from 14-30th June 2016. We are searching for participants to create ‘Cabaret of Blood’, an original late night performance, appearing at this year’s Hijinx Unity Festival at Wales Millennium Centre.

Join us for an unmissable opportunity to learn about Told by an Idiot’s devising process by creating this brand-new production under the tutelage of Associate Idiots Steve Harper and Michael Vale.

This opportunity is suitable for performers, practitioners, students and anyone with an interest in performance and the working methods of Told by an Idiot and Hijinx Theatre.

“Follow us into a world of beauty, truth and death. Have a drink, take a seat...but hang on - all is not well. The knife thrower has the shakes, the twins are arguing again and the stage manager is plotting revenge. There will be noise, poetry and mischief and one thing is for certain...there will be blood!”

The application process is now open! Scroll down for an application form and more information. The deadline for applications is June 1st
