Hello all, it's me again :)
For its upcoming large scale R&D project exploring immigration and the refugee crisis, Fio are looking to offer two opportunities to work alongside its core creative team.
Emerging Director
This is an opportunity for an emerging director to work with our director, Abdul Shayek, and the rest of the creative team. As well as creative input, we'd be looking for the candidate to have a particular interest in working with young people and community casts, as they will have the chance to direct them. We are also looking the candidate to have a keen interest in the issues we will be exploring.
Key dates:
10-22 April TBC
22 May - 3 June
You would also be a key part in delivering workshops in the community, with Abdul as lead facilitator. These workshops will being in March, with exact dates TBC.
Fee:
£1500
Emerging Producer
This is an opportunity for an emerging producer to work with our producer, Alan Humphreys, and the rest of the creative team. You will get the opportunity to be part of our production meetings and get an insight into the producer role.
Key dates:
10-22 April TBC - this would not be every day, and can be worked around other commitments
22-27 May - this would not be every day, and can be worked around other commitments
29 May - 3 June - this would be full time, with the opportunity to lead the final stages of the project.
