National Theatre Wales is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and energetic individual for the following vacancy.

The Agency (NTW) – Lead Facilitator (Freelance)

Working closely with The Agency Project Coordinator, the Lead Facilitator is responsible for the development and delivery of The Agency project in Cardiff - a collaborative project directed at engaging and empowering young people within Cardiff to plan structure and deliver their own projects. Using a methodology developed for working with young people living below the poverty line in Brazil, the project provides development opportunities for young people in the UK, helping them to launch social enterprises and ambitious projects that positively impact the local area.

Total Fee £9,975

£175 per day for 3-day Training Camp

£300 per week x 28 weeks

£175 per day for 6 days Planning and Evaluation

Regular Hours: 13 hours per week (To Include delivery, preparation & evaluation)

Funded by Big Lottery Fund 

The Agency is a programme originally conceived by Marcus Faustini in Rio de Janeiro where it is delivered by Agência de Redes para a Juventude. The UK pilot was funded by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.

Gan ddefnyddio methodoleg a ddatblygwyd ar gyfer gweithio gyda phobl ifanc sy'n byw mewn tlodi ym Mrasil, mae'r prosiect yn darparu cyfleoedd datblygu i bobl ifanc yn y DU, gan eu helpu i lansio mentrau cymdeithasol a phrosiectau uchelgeisiol sy'n effeithio'n gadarnhaol ar yr ardal leol.
