National Dance Company Wales is one of the national arts companies of Wales. We work with exceptional UK-based and international choreographers to engage and inspire audiences and participants across Wales, the wider UK and internationally.

The Learning and Participation Producer role focuses on developing and delivering NDCWales' exciting and evolving learning and participation programmes designed to share the transformational power of dance with all. We want to connect with all kinds of people in all kinds of places, drawing from the diversity of communities at home in Wales, in the wider UK and overseas, ensuring that everything we do supports and informs the artistic vision of the company.

This is a project management role which involves contracting, scheduling and liaising closely with the artistic, marketing and other teams, Learning Lead Dancer and freelancers. This person will be a champion for learning and participation across the company.
