Hijinx Residencies are a fantastic opportunity to learn from some of the most well respected theatre companies working in the UK today. Sharing their expertise over week-long workshops, companies such as Complicite, Frantic Assembly, Punchdrunk, Spymonkey, Cardboard Citizens, Told by an Idiot and Ockham's Razor will help you develop performance skills including clowning, contact improvisation, devising and aerial work. Courses start from just £100 for a week.
Working inclusively
If you have never worked alongside learning disabled performers Hijinx Residencies are a fantastic opportunity to do so. A number of places at each course will be allocated to students from the Hijinx Academy, our advanced drama training course for talented learning disabled actors. Come ready to work in a lively, empowering and massively enjoyable environment.
This group is the place to find out all the new news, including full programme details, dates, prices. But more than that, we want to create a place where you and we can share our thoughts, learnings and ideas from the courses. Let us know what you thought of them, and who you'd like to see on the programme in future - we are ALL ears (and fingers, for typing).
