Hello, I would like to be part of the meeting on the 15th - do I need to sign up/ circulate my email details or can I just turn up?

I've just started as Youth Theatre Co-ordinator for Powys - p/time 7 hours a week. Too late to be involved in the coming meeting, (ignoring the fact it would take up all my weekly allotted hours!), but look forward to hearing how it went.
