Event Description
This wicked comedy observes the pampered lives and power struggles of a group of wealthy Manhattan socialites. Driven by gossip, the women learn that the husband of one of their circle is having an affair and they relish the opportunity to destroy her ‘perfect’ life. In the middle of a female jungle only the strongest survive. Although the play exposes an unflattering picture of womanhood, it also reveals human understanding and sympathy.
