"Finding Your Purpose Through Creativity"

This Workshop gives the opportunity to let go of what's not working for you, so that you can create more joy, confidence, intimacy, success, and love in your life.

This is a fun, interactive--and most importantly--safe space for you to grow and expand. We will take you on a journey of self-exploration to help you get back in touch with your heart and true, authentic self.

The workshop moves quickly through a combination of short presentations, small group activities, guided imagery processes, and sharing with the facilitators.  The day will also include several movement breaks to keep your body fit during the workshop. Movement breaks will include beginner yoga, dance and Pilates.

Please bring along food and drink for the day.

This event will be held on both Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March.
