Penny Skinner's Eigengrau shows some female character's (Cassie) comedy angst. It was on at the Bush a few years ago. Stella Feehily's Dreams of Violence is worth a look with some dark comic moments of mother confronting a burglar who turns out to be her son. - out of joint sell scripts direct from website. Good luck! Hope it goes brilliant.

It's for an audition at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (along with East 15). I'm doing a soliloquy by Puck from A Midsummer Night's Dream, a monologue from The Pillowman, and I need a contrasting monologue (contemporary - post 1950s). Some preferably something naturalistic or brecht. The ones I already have are quite dark, so I want something a little lighter to show I'm not a one trick pony :P
Can't wait to see you guys! xxx

Hi lovely, can you tell us a bit about what it's for and what kind of character you need to be so we can make recommendations?  Looking forward to catching up soon! Xx
